How to block website on your all browser

Steps:

1. click start à All Programs à Accessories à right click on Notepad à run as  administrator

or 

2. Click on File menu à Open à Type C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc on address bar  and hit Enter and select All Files (*.*) from format combo box and open hosts file

3. Add website with host ( www.facebook.com with 127.0.0.1 ) and save it (Ctrl+s)
